End-to-end solutions
We established in 2021 through a strategic partnership with Lyric Robot, helps North American manufacturers implement proven global automation solutions. We engineer, integrate, and support customized systems from concept to commissioning and ongoing production.

We are a one-stop automation partner delivering consulting, engineering, integration, and lifecycle support. From concept to commissioning, we help manufacturers improve productivity, flexibility, and long-term value.

We bridge global automation innovation with North American manufacturing, combining proven technologies with local engineering and dedicated support. Our commitment extends beyond installation to maximize your long-term success.

Automated Automotive Part Packing
Challenges:
An automotive manufacturer needed to transfer 15 kg assembly parts from a worktable into cartons (18 parts × 2 layers). The parts had a movable joint, making manual handling unsafe, physically demanding, and inconsistent.
Solution:
Lyric Automation Canada deployed a 20 kg payload collaborative robot to pick and accurately pack the parts into cartons. The system was installed and commissioned in 5 days, achieving a 12-second cycle time at 50% operating speed outperforming the customer requirements.
Results & ROI:
Improved operator safety by eliminating manual lifting.
Accurate, repeatable packing of 36 parts per carton.
ROI achieved in less than 1 year.
Silicon Nanowire Mark-Free Stacking Automation
Challenges:
A silicon nanowire battery manufacturer required a fully automated stacking process that could handle an ultra-thin 15 μm separator film without damaging the delicate anode or leaving surface marks.
Solution:
Lyric Automation Canada developed a patent-pending industry method and built a fully automated mark-free stacking machine featuring advanced tension control, zero shear force on the anode, and CSA/US-certified safety compliance.
Results & ROI:
100% mark-free stacking quality.
Reliable handling of 15 μm separator film.
Eliminated shear force on the anode, protecting sensitive materials.
Introduced an innovative process that established a new industry benchmark.
Battery Module & Pack Pilot Assembly Line
Challenges:
A battery manufacturer required a high-speed, automated assembly line for a new battery module and pack design with replaceable modules while ensuring production quality and full process traceability.
Solution:
Lyric Automation Canada developed the assembly methodology and delivered a semi-automated Battery Module & Pack Pilot Assembly Line incorporating laser welding, SCADA-based data acquisition, and CSA/US-certified safety compliance.
Results & ROI:
Exceeded target cycle time, increasing prototype production throughput.
Enabled a new replaceable-module for more environmental friendly battery pack design.
Integrated laser welding for high-precision assembly.
Achieved complete production traceability through high-volume SCADA data acquisition.
Yes. We specialize in retrofitting and integrating automation into existing manufacturing environments, minimizing disruption to your operations. Whether you operate in automotive, packaging, food & beverage, or battery manufacturing, our engineers assess your current equipment and design a solution that fits your workflow rather than requiring you to replace your entire production line. We also ensure compliance with North American safety standards and production requirements.
Every manufacturing operation is different, but many automation projects achieve payback within 12 to 18 months through reduced labour costs, increased production throughput, improved product quality, and lower operating costs. During our consultation, we evaluate your current production process and provide a realistic ROI analysis based on your production volume, labour requirements, and operational goals—so you can make an informed investment decision with confidence.
Our commitment doesn't end when the system is commissioned. We provide comprehensive after-sales support, including operator training, preventive maintenance, warranty service, remote troubleshooting, and prompt onsite technical support when needed. With our engineering team based in Markham, Ontario, you can count on responsive local service to keep your production running efficiently and minimize downtime.
